The board reloads every 5 minutes on its own, so a page that embeds it never shows stale numbers for long. It is responsive: set the iframe width to 100% and it fills any column, sidebar or card you put it in.

You may embed the board on any site, including commercial and client sites, as long as the Source: rate.lelifi.com link at the bottom stays intact. Do not hide the attribution, proxy the board behind your own domain, or scrape the data out of the iframe to republish as your own. For raw numbers use the JSON and CSV endpoints instead.
No. The board is a static page served from the same CDN as this site. There is no tracking on the iframe beyond ordinary server logs.
Not yet in the widget. The negative funding page covers the flip side, and the CSV endpoint lets you filter however you like on your own server.
The underlying snapshot is refreshed hourly; the board re-reads it every 5 minutes, so at most the iframe is about 65 minutes behind the exchanges, usually much less.
